Delicious Macadamia Dream Bar Slice Recipe

1 cup pitted dates
1 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2/4 cup white chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips, if preferred)

- Soak the dates in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.
- In a food processor, combine the soaked dates, raw macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process the mixture until it becomes sticky and well combined.
- Chop the Go Natural Macadamia Dream Bars into small, 2cm x 2cm cubes and lightly toss pieces through the processed mixture with a spoon.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly to form an even layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the top of the mixture in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is firm and the chocolate has set.
- Once set, remove the slice from the refrigerator and cut it into bars or squares.
- Store the Go Natural Macadamia Dream bar slice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
